E-Commerce and Delivery Terms
E-commerce terms for users of the webshop www.pernillemueller.com, hereafter called “the Webshop”.
Valid from 1 August, 2017
These e-commerce terms are valid for purchases made by users on the Webshop, which is owned and run by Pernille Müller, company registration number: DK38524267, Vaarstvej 331, 9260 Gistrup (Hereafter referred to as Pernille Müller, ”we” or ”us”).
We recommend that you read the e-commerce terms thoroughly before making a purchase in the Webshop.
Ordering of Products
You are able to order online 24/7. When completing an order, we will send you a receipt via e-mail immediately. Please note that this receipt is not an order confirmation and that we are not committed to the order at that time. The final agreement between you and Pernille Müller is entered when we confirm to be committed by the order via e-mail.
You are responsible to ensure that the customer information you enter as part of a purchase is correct, as we do not validate or control this information afterwards.
Prices and Payment
The valid price is the one that, at the time of the order, appears on the final order overview before your acceptance.
All stated prices are inclusive VAT (25 %) and costs of delivery.
We accept all credit cards appearing at the bottom of the Webshop.
Upon payment with a credit card, payment will take place at the same as your invoice is sent.
We process any credit card information confidentially and do not save your credit card information. Your credit card information is entered directly into a payment service, so we have no knowledge of your credit card information. The above is for the sake of your security. The webshop only stores data necessary to charge the agreed purchase amount from your account when sending the product(s) to you.
All credit card payments are validated. Pernille Müller reserves the right to hold back an order if there is any suspicion about fraud, money laundering or the like.
The purchase price is only refundable to the credit card used to complete the original purchase.
We defray the freight charges to addresses in Denmark. Outside of Denmark, you are responsible for the freight charges.
All products are delivered with PostNord, DHL, DAO365, Bring or GLS. The actual time of delivery depends on the agent/type of delivery.
If the actual order contains several products, we will send the order when the all products are ready for delivery.
If your purchase entail delivery to another EU country other than Denmark, the rules about free movement of goods and services apply, which means you will have to pay VAT but not any customs duty.
Right of Cancellation
You are able to change your mind about a purchase within 14 days from delivery of the product. The right of cancellation can only be exercised by notifying us via letter or e-mail. You can use the standard cancellation form at the bottom of this document, but it is not requirement.
PLEASE NOTE: You cannot exercise right of cancellation just by refusing to receive the product(s) or by not picking up the order from the carrier.

We always recommend that you add your order number in the message about cancellation to avoid errors and delays.
Right of cancellation does not apply to products that have been customised to your specifications.
If you send a message about right of cancellation, you must return the product(s) to us at the same address without any undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us about the cancellation. We can demand documentation of the product being sent before the deadline.
If the products are sent, they must be reasonably packed and you must include a copy of the message about cancellation and/or state the order number on the package.
You pay for the return freight.
You are responsible for any damages, which may happen during the transport. Please note, you are also responsible for costs related to the return of the products, unless we have delivered the package to you by mistake, or if the products was damages or defect upon delivery.
Returned goods must be in good, undamaged condition. If the returned product shows any sign of damage or use, besides what is necessary to determine the product’s type, traits and the way it works, you will be liable for the reduction of the product’s value. We will estimate a value of the product based on an assessment of the returned product based on the following guidelines for the decrease in value:
- No sign of usage and the product is in the original packaging: 0 %.
- Small signs of product usage and/or original packaging: Approx. 25 %.
- Visible signs of usage and/or missing/damaged original packaging: Approx. 50 %
- Visible damages to the product, such as scratches or non-removable stains: Approx. 100 %.
Payment for the product will be reimbursed as soon as possible and in any case no later than 14 days after reception of your message about cancellation. However, we reserve the right to hold back the payment until we have received the products for inspection or until you have presented documentation of the return of the product depending on which is at the earliest time.
If you annul the purchase in accordance with these e-commerce terms and conditions, we will reimburse the purchase price deducted from any depreciation. Unless we have been notified, we will carry out the reimbursement using the same payment method used by you to perform the original transaction.
Your claim for reimbursement does not include any fees for payments with credit card or other payment methods, which we have paid to the acquirer.
Complaints and gifts
We focus on having happy, satisfied customers. Therefore, we encourage you to contact us if you experience any problems with your purchase.
In addition to the right of cancellation, your standard rights from the Danish Sale of Goods Act, concerning deficient or delayed goods or goods not corresponding to the description, are applicable. This provides you with 24 months right of complaint, which means that if any delivered products are wanting you can:
• call for repair
• call for replacement
• call for a proportional price reduction or
• annul the purchase agreement unless the defect is insignificant
The above presupposes that your claim is legitimate and that the defect is not due to faulty handling or use or any other damage of the product.
You must notify Pernille Müller about any deficiency products within reasonable time or after you have or should have discovered the deficiency. Notification two months after you have or should have discovered the defect is always within reasonable time.
If you want to exercise your right of complaint, or if you in any case want to complain about your purchase, you can write to us at the address/e-mail appearing at the bottom of the page.
Upon return of the purchased products, please leave a copy of your invoice as well as a description of the reason for the complaint/defect.

Pernille Müller cannot guarantee that colours and quality is depicted 100 % correct in the Webshop. The depiction depends on the computer’s colour settings and the used monitor. Furthermore, natural products, such as gemstones, will vary in colour, pattern, and shine. Thus, minor colour and shine deviations are not included as a defect according to the Sales of Goods Act.
We collect, process and store data in accordance with the personal data protection act.
Any personally identifiable information stored via the Webshop is handled confidentially.
Upon registration in the Webshop, you are able to opt out on receiving information and news from Pernille Müller.
Personal information is used solely for the purpose of guaranteeing the best service possible. Therefore, personal information is collected and used only in connection with:
Order processing in the Webshop.
Payment processing in connection with orders in the Webshop.
Profile or user account administration.
Sending of newsletters.
Marketing of our products.
We call attention to the fact that the above only takes place if you have submitted explicit consent.
Your information will be deleted when we no longer have the need to process the information in connection with the fulfilment of one or more of the purposes mentioned above. The information can be processed and stored longer in an anonymous form.
We make reservations for typing errors, sold-out products and force majeure, including failure in delivery from our suppliers. Furthermore, Pernille Müller cannot guarantee that the Webshop always is 100 % updated. Pernille Müller can at any time change the content of the Webshop.
Pernille Müller always try to provide correct and sufficient information in the Webshop. In spite of this, errors can occur. If by mistake, you are charged with an incorrect amount, you are able to place a new order with the correct price and nullify the purchase. Pernille Müller always reserves the right to cancel purchases of your product(s) if we assess that your purchase is based on incorrect information, including incorrect prices. In such cases, we will notify you by mail. If we cannot contact you, your order is automatically cancelled.
